This is a big-bodied, low acidity medium roast with a stronger, more toasted nutty/chocolaty character. Smooth and rich, with a slightly stronger, semi-sweet profile typical of Colombian coffees. Beans are completed before the 2nd crack, resulting in a flavor more nutty than chocolaty. 12oz
